Monthly installment of Rs. 5000/- per month for 40 months and special installments of Rs. 25,000/- should be paid extra in 9th, 18th, 27th, 36th Month's.
Agreement will be given on receipt of Rs. 200000/- for 200 per Sq. Yards plot.
Extra cost @ Rs. 200/- per Sq. Yard for the corner plots.
Installments should be paid on or before 5th of every calender month.
